Professional Massage Therapy and Bodywork
Massage Therapy is a unique type of therapy in which many different modalities or types of therapy can be used during a session time. For example, I use aromatherapy for clients who need a little extra bit of stress relief during a massage. I have also incorporated cold therapy, cupping therapy, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy for clients who may need pain relief in certain areas. I also have been known to give simple exercises to help with postural needs for chronic pain relief. Whether you're looking for a relaxing massage to ease stress and tension or have more specific pain management needs, I can adapt a session to fit your needs. I take time to listen to your muscles, your range of motion, and your verbal & non-verbal feedback as I work. I incorporate the use of deep tissue therapy, trigger point work, and myofascial stretching to provide a unique therapeutic experience. Pressure ranges are set by you during your massage, so although deep tissue is not a menu choice, it is incorporated as needed. As always, your comfort is my utmost concern.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing massage, or to help realign your muscles to deal with pain and discomfort a massage tailored to your body is something I can help you achieve.
